New Hampshire

In October 2019 I embarked on a trip to San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. San Miguel is in the Guanajuato region, in the highlands north of Mexico City. It is a picturesque city of about 80,000 including about 12,000 American expatriates. I was participating in a Santa Fe workshop led by Alison Wright. The focus of the workshop was on creating images of people in their natural day to day settings, at work and pursuing their passion. The workshop was a small group of highly talented photographers with whom it was a joy to spend time learning and sharing the experience of San Miguel. The workshop was a challenge and an intense learning experience. In this gallery I present a few images of San Miguel and the people I had the privilege to photograph. My thinks to Alison, Paul Ratje, the Santa Fe staff and my fellow workshop participants for a great experience.
